This role includes overseeing budgets, schedules, and field operations, while collaborating with teams for successful project delivery. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of project management experience, strong estimating and leadership skills, and can handle multiple stakeholders. The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 2-5 years of project management experience within commercial drywall or related construction trades.
• Strong background in estimating, cost control, and project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial drywall projects from award through completion.
• Prepare comprehensive estimates and proposals for general contractors.
• Negotiate material and labor costs to support competitive bidding.
• Coordinate projects with internal departments and field leadership.
• Attend job site meetings and client coordination meetings.
