This role encompasses the oversight of multiple projects, managing team members, financials, contracts, procurement, and other essential elements required to advance a project from conception to completion. The Senior Project Manager is a master communicator, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders, and a critical thinker who ensures tasks are completed reliably and resourcefully.

Key responsibilities include providing overall leadership and direction, developing and implementing project management strategies, and overseeing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Additionally, this role involves managing client relationships, contributing to business development efforts, and continuously looking for ways to streamline and improve internal systems and processes. This role requires keen attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a drive for continuous improvement, ensuring every project is executed to the highest standards from start to finish.

Essential Duties

  • Proactively identify project risks, potential delays, liabilities, and operational challenges; develop solutions and mitigation strategies before issues materially impact project schedule, cost, quality, or client relationships.

  • Partner closely with Superintendents and project teams to align office and field operations around safety, quality control, sequencing, logistics, schedule management, and overall project execution.
