Job summary

Avance Clinical Pty Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead clinical trial delivery in the Midwest or West Coast of the US. You will coordinate study teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across studies.

The role may include line management of project associates and engagement with sponsors and vendors. The Senior PM I will oversee single-site operations or larger multi-region studies, liaise with stakeholders, and drive risk management, trial master file

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ PM experience in a CRO or pharma environment.
• PM-related line management experience is desirable.
• Experience as a Clinical Research Associate is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage all aspects of project delivery from start to finish.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Maintain sponsor communications to manage timelines, risks and issues.
• Prepare Ethics Committee submissions where required.
• Develop study plans and documents for Project and Clinical Operations.
• Identify and report project risks and deviations.
• Review TMF documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead clinical operations for single-site studies and monitor plans.
• Manage project financial performance including revenue recognition, forecasting and contracts.
• Oversee site budgets and clinical trial agreements; review study protocols.
• May act as Lead PM on larger or multi-region studies.
• Participate in audits and respond to audit findings.
• Ensure SAE reporting per protocol requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in training.
