We are seeking a project lead to manage chemical cleaning engagements across refinery turnarounds, midstream pipelines, and power generation assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in chemical cleaning operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale industrial cleaning projects in oil & gas, refining, or chemical industries.
• Strong understanding of chemical cleaning processes and industrial equipment.
• Experience with cost management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of a chemical cleaning project; planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate field crews, equipment, subcontractors, and logistics to ensure efficient execution.
• Develop detailed work plans, procedures, schedules, and resource plans.
• Apply best practices in health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and revenue growth.
