Job summary

LTS Lohmann Therapy Systems in West St. Paul, MN is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex development and commercial programs from initiation through closeout in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with internal teams and external customers, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure quality and compliance while guiding cross-functional teams to timely, on-scope delivery. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in pharma/GMP/CDMO.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs.
• Strong ability to communicate complex topics to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level project management activities across program lifecycle.
• Manage complex customer-facing programs with timelines, scope, quality, risk, and cost.
• Serve as a trusted contact for development and commercial programs with clear communication.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Influence and lead cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliverables.
• Apply PM methodologies and tools: timelines, agendas, risk tracking, logs.
• Identify critical path activities and elevate significant risks.
• Resolve issues involving SOWs, billing, materials, and scope changes.
• Coordinate with accounting, supply chain, and ERP needs.
• Facilitate phase-gate reviews, audits, and project meetings.
