Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading project engineering teams and capital projects.
• Experience coordinating with construction and facilities groups.
• Experience purchasing and justifying capital equipment.
• Experience with cost calculations and cost-reduction projects.
• Familiarity with GMP/HACCP/OSHA/FDA/USDA standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of capital projects, plant relocations, and expansions for multiple customers.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project schedules and plant shutdowns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Facilities, Manufacturing, Quality, Production, and Maintenance.
• Track project status, critical path, milestones, and stage gates using project tools.
• Manage requirements, approvals, and plans across operations, safety, and hand-offs.
• Identify and address gaps and delays across multiple projects.
