Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced ETRM Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a modern Energy Trading and Risk Management platform.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Technology while overseeing governance, data migration, testing, and go-live activities. The ideal candidate has 10+ years’ experience delivering complex ETRM implementations and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex technology and transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading ETRM implementations, migrations, upgrades, or platform transformations.
• Strong understanding of commodity trading processes and end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs with integrations, data migration, testing, governance, and deployments.
• Proven budget, schedule, resource management, vendor relationships, and executive stakeholder skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities in regulated or complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of an ETRM platform implementation with scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Trading, Risk, Operations, Finance, IT, and partners.
• Own governance, planning, resources, budgets, reporting, and risk/issue resolution.
• Drive requirements, design, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Lead UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Support change management and business readiness for adoption.
