GWH Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Hessen is seeking a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for Building Modernization in Frankfurt. You will lead a team of project and construction managers, coordinating modernization and maintenance across our housing portfolio while negotiating contracts and ensuring quality, schedule, and cost targets.

We value extensive experience in construction management, sharp negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to deliver successful renovations in a housing context.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture or civil engineering; or apprenticeship in construction tech with relevant real estate experience.
• Multi-year, relevant experience in project management or construction management of complex renovations.
• Strong MS Office knowledge; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for a team of project managers and construction managers.
• Manage client-side construction management during modernization and maintenance across housing portfolio.
• Lead contract negotiations and prepare for contract awards with contractors.
• Oversee project execution focusing on quality, schedule and costs.
• Ensure smooth handover of projects to site teams with adherence to standards.
• Engage in proactive problem solving with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
