Responsibilities

• Plan and manage small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects.
• Coordinate work of professional staff across the project lifecycle.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Participate in reviews with governing agencies for compliance.
• Lead design development and contract document sessions with staff.
• Coordinate workload to meet schedule and document completion.
• Track project finances and adjust team effort to meet schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Controller and Department Manager for reviews.
