Job summary

EAC Consulting, Inc. in Miami is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer (PE) to lead our Structures/Bridges projects as Senior Project Manager. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, budget, and client relations, and advance FDOT bridge projects while ensuring design compliance.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, a PE license, and strong communication skills; a dynamic, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• FDOT Bridge design experience for category 1 and 2.
• Knowledge of FDOT design standards.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Able to perform land development design, permitting and construction administration services for public and private clients.
• Able to plan, manage and deliver assignments using all project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities, scope and budgeting.
• Serve as Engineer of Record where needed and develop sound engineering solutions.
• Implement the Quality Control Plan to deliver quality deliverables.
• Maintain positive client relationships and pursue BD opportunities.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
