Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• PMP not required but valuable; no mandatory second language.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and resource allocation.
• Perform contract review and negotiate with Account/BD/MD/MDM teams.
• Manage contracts throughout the course of a project.
• Provide project updates regarding schedule and budget to PMO and executives.
• Report variances between progress and baselines; deliver formal docs with Eng.
• Organize documentation per PMO standards; maintain account activity records.
• Visit customers for negotiations, kickoff, status meetings, and closeout.
• Schedule meetings to review status and upcoming work with project resources.
• Create and implement new project management processes.
• Coordinate with Engineering to support PM for internal projects.
• Bid management including schedule, reviews, and approvals.
• Support and uphold the Quality and EHS policy.
