Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of teller/branch software projects for banking clients.
  • Manage project planning, estimation, scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.

  • Apply both Waterfall and Agile methodologies depending on project needs.
  • Ensure clear communication with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and international partners.
  • Drive issue resolution, conflict management, and contract/scope negotiations as required.
  • Produce regular reporting (status updates, dashboards, risk logs) and maintain documentation using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

What We're Looking For:
  • Banking Experience: 6+ years in Project Management, with proven experience in teller/branch software or retail banking transformation projects.
  • Project Management Skills: Track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. Strong planning, estimation, risk management, and reporting abilities.
  • Methodologies: Hands-on experience with both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) approaches. PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with software architecture concepts, SDLC processes, and integration between teller platforms and core banking systems.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong team leadership, decision-making, conflict resolution, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Comfortable working with diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Tools: Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
  • Language & Time Zone: Fluent in English; must be available to work U.S./Canadian business hours.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience managing projects under consulting/vendor arrangements.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Previous involvement in digital branch or core banking modernization initiatives.

Why This Opportunity?
  • Lead high-impact banking transformation projects.
  • Work with global teams on cutting-edge fintech solutions.
  • Remote flexibility with alignment to U.S./Canadian time zones.
