Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives.

• Maintain integrated project plans to optimize visibility and resources.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation across initiatives.
• Provide leadership to engineering, product, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams.
• Mentor and coach project managers and drive PMO maturity.
