Job summary

We require a Bachelor's in Architecture or related field, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office. LEED accreditation is encouraged and the role is on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, including leadership of large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling and financial tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and contract interpretation; LEED accreditation encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for major projects; build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Lead development of project scope, fee proposals, and contracts in collaboration with group leadership.
• Represent the firm in client presentations, interviews, and negotiations.
• Ensure alignment of design quality, schedule, and budget with client expectations.
• Mentor project managers and coordinators; provide guidance on leadership, communication, and technical execution.
