Job summary

Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budget while coordinating resources and ensuring quality control across a multi-design team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management and 8+ years of experience. Preferred credentials include PE, Registered Architect, or CCM, with strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • PE, Registered Architect, or CCM preferred.
  • Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring younger engineers and coordinating across disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end including scope, goals, deliverables and QAQC; plan timelines and milestones.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend budget changes.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Supervise project team members and contractors and ensure accountability.
  • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the project's success.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.
