Responsibilities

• Directs the effective execution of multiple projects with a focus on quality, strategy, and profitable outcomes.
• Assists in developing and executing team business plans and marketing strategy; guides and leads others based on market expertise.
• Provides client management expertise for contract negotiation, winning work strategy, and growing market share.
• Supervises and coordinates the work of team members; mentors junior and mid-level staff and guides senior project managers.
• Leads firm objectives, critical issues, policy matters, and pursuit initiatives for new business.
