The Sr Manager, Project Management is part of the Maintenance Services Corporate team and is a leader focused on fulfilling our legal obligation as an owner and per statute to complete Environmental Inspections on communities in all regions. He/she will oversee the execution of vendors and contractors to ensure the project is completed within schedule and with minimum disruption to residents and community teams.

Base Pay Range:$113,300.00 -$147,500.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
