Job summary

Momento USA is seeking a senior Project Manager Level 3 to lead a large-scale AI transformation in New York. The role drives governance, schedules, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, security, risk, and finance teams.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and report to executives on progress and risks, ensuring delivery within the defined milestones and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong program management experience within large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing multiple technical workstreams and complex dependencies.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology programs is highly preferred.
• Financial Services / Banking domain experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall program governance and execution.
• Own the integrated delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and workstream reviews.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and risk mitigation.
• Track delivery progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, operations, security, risk, and finance teams.
