Beacon Hill Technologies in Stamford, CT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch support.

You will manage multiple concurrent workstreams, develop detailed plans, own RAID logs, and balance scope, schedule, and business objectives using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

This role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with Jira or Wrike.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience creating project plans and RAID management
• Experience with Jira, Wrike or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication to exec stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, implementation and post-launch support
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams aligning to scope, schedule and business objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones and deliverables
• Own RAID management including risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making
• Prepare and deliver executive-level status updates and reports
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices
