Job summary

Valhalla Engineering Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead design teams in medical architecture and related facility projects. You will guide cross-functional engineers and consultants from concept through construction documents, ensuring design guidance, timelines, and budgets are met.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent AEC background, and preferred credentials (PE/RA, PMP). Travel is 25–50%.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent AEC experience; PE or RA (AIA), and PMP desired

Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to the Project Management Guide.
• Serve as the primary interface with the client through the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report progress to Leadership and Direct Supervisor.
• Facilitate project performance using a team of technical professionals/SMEs.
• Manage project stages focusing on communications, scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and subcontract management.
