We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in Wilson, North Carolina.

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. The Senior Project Manager will mentor junior project staff, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement timely solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers or coordinators within the team.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to company standards, policies, compliance, and best practices.
