Required Clearance: NACI background check

Required Certifications: Active Project Management Professional certification (e.g., PMP, ACP, CSM, or comparable). Software Architect (Senior Fullstack Drupal Lead + Architecture + Infrastructure + UX, Middle, Database, Development)

Required Education: BA/BS with 5+ years of experience managing major IT development and O&M projects utilizing Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence.

Position Description:

PingWind is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within the government sector. The PM will be responsible for operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project, with a strong understanding of government contracting processes and a technical background in IT.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage contract resources across all phases: planning, requirements elicitation, development, testing, and deployment to ensure successful project performance.
• Provide oversight and direction to the technical team, establish schedules, and meet deadlines.
• Responsible for contract deliverables and reporting.
• Experience with federal government projects/programs.
• Possess knowledge of the Agile Framework, including Agile, Lean, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.
• Have a working knowledge of project management concepts.
• Dedicated full-time to the Drupal Modernization project, with potential split time among various tasks.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years managing major IT development and O&M projects utilizing Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence.
