Position Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple healthcare projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Proficiently manage the complexities associated with large, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, and communicate effectively with executive-level staff.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and communication channels to drive project success.
  • Team Coordination: Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team progress towards project goals, and foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Concurrently manage multiple projects that are at various stages in the project life cycle.
  • Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with company goals. Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes and timelines are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor project performance metrics and client feedback, analyze project outcomes, and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Compile reports on project progress, and other relevant metrics. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Experience & Skills

Required Experience and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as PMP
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare projects and multiple stakeholder management.
  • Project Management experience, including developing and implementing processes for new or existing products
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering multiple complex healthcare projects simultaneously on time with various healthcare organizations
  • Proven solid understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully driving projects to completion
  • Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions
  • Previous Healthcare project management experience
