• Proven experience managing technology infrastructure, AV, low-voltage, structured cabling, security, construction, or systems integration projects.
• Senior-level project management experience with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and change management.
• Working knowledge of AV, structured cabling, security, intercom, and low-voltage deployments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, risks, issues, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong customer communication, coordination, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel to local and regional project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV, structured cabling, security, and intercom projects from kickoff through final acceptance and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, documentation, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate customers, engineers, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout project execution.
• Manage project scope, change orders, risks, issues, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Conduct project meetings and provide clear, timely status updates to customers and leadership.
• Review drawings, specifications, statements of work, contracts, and project requirements.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure contractual, schedule, quality, and closeout requirements are met.

• Experience coordinating equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and technology infrastructure turnover.
• Background in systems integration, commercial construction, or technology infrastructure deployment.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendors across multi-site projects.
• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent formal project management training.
