Build Marine Projects Where the Work Actually Happens

Orion is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead marine construction projects across the Southeast and Caribbean. You’ll work alongside superintendents, foremen, and craft teams on ports, docks, bridges, causeways, and other waterfront infrastructure. You’ll manage the schedule and budget while staying close enough to the work to help crews solve problems as they come up.

As the link between the jobsite and the client, you’ll explain how field decisions affect the budget and schedule. That means working with the superintendent on what the crew can build safely, getting answers when plans and site conditions differ, and keeping the client informed when priorities shift.

Orion specializes in construction on, over, and under the water. Our teams are guided by Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Teamwork, built on a foundation of Integrity. This role is based out of Tampa headquarters, with assignments driven by where our projects are underway.
