Job summary

raise consulting the South Bay employee‑owned General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join the leadership team and own major technical projects, including lab, cleanroom and TI work.

You will lead $1M–$20M+ complex projects, manage 1–3 concurrently in a fast-paced environment, and partner with sophisticated technology and life science clients, design teams and subcontractors. Growth into broader leadership is available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong background with labs, cleanrooms, technical TI or similarly complex projects.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.

We’re partnering with a highly respected, employee-owned General Contractor in the South Bay that specializes in complex lab, cleanroom and technical tenant improvement projects for leading technology and life science clients throughout the Bay Area.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager who can join the leadership team and take ownership of major technical projects, while having the opportunity to grow into an even broader leadership role.

The Opportunity

• $150,000–$250,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Additional project bonus opportunities
