Bravos Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager in construction responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Development:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Budget Management:
• Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and financial planning.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial control. Approve and track invoices, payments, and change orders.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Foster a positive team environment and ensure effective communication.
