Engage Contracting is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management and the successful completion of assigned commercial construction projects. The candidate will participate in overseeing job site safety, quality, project scheduling, and communications with the team.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned projects on schedule and within budget and scope
• Be able to handle multiple projects at one time
• Able to track, understand and communicate all aspects of the job – billings, costs, overruns, savings, unforeseen costs, etc.
• Effectively mitigates and manages the risk exposure of each job for both time and cost
• Able to forecast costs and manage projected expenditures for each job
• Represents the company in various project specific meeting(s)
• Assist with job estimates and writing proposals
• Review and ensure RFI’s are updated and maintained properly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and/or equivalent 5 years of experience
• Commercial experience preferred
• Project Management Certification preferred
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
