Job summary

BWBR in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of complex healthcare and science & technology projects. You will serve as the primary client liaison and internal team leader, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high design standards.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of professional architecture experience, with at least 8 years in project management, and a licensed Minnesota Architect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect in the State of Minnesota preferred.
• 15+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 8 years focused on project management within a specific market.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of complex projects from concept through construction.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from renovations and additions to large-scale ground-up facilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term trusted partnerships.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with architects and designers as well as external consultants and contractors to ensure integrated, code-compliant project delivery.
• Ensure quality assurance reviews occur at key project milestones.
• Mentor less experienced staff and contribute to an engaging, collaborative and productive environment.
• Support business development initiatives by strengthening client relationships and contributing to proposals and interviews.

• Excellent listening, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with sustainability strategies, high-performance building design, or LEED projects
• Construction administration and field coordination experience
• Familiarity with Deltek software a plus
