Job summary

Innomark Communications in Richmond, Indiana is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional retail visual marketing programs. You will act as the main point of contact, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and coordinate internal teams with external vendors to ensure flawless execution.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business administration and 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong understanding of print and visual media and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration is required.
• At least 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of print and visual media.
• Analytical, budgeting, scheduling, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert, project lead, and main point of contact for internal and external project coordination
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Develop and maintain internal project plans, including estimates, timelines, and objectives (experience with Workfront is a plus)
• Act as an expert communicator and coordinator of internal resources and third-party vendors to promote flawless execution
• Communicates the project status, requirements, and structure across the Project Management team and all necessary departments.
• Define potential problems and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
• Manages day-to-day progress of projects including risk assessment and problem resolution.
• Schedule and attend project planning meetings as needed; serves as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
• Working with Accounts Receivable, manages customer billing. Issues invoices, investigates billing issues and resolves discrepancies.
• Assists with the implementation of workflow management and reporting tools focusing on quality, profitability, efficiency, and productivity
• Additional duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of previous project management experience
• Strong understanding of print and visual media
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
