Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between utility stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and leadership.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review and manage contracts, change orders, and project financials.
• Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Ensure compliance with utility standards, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Drive successful project delivery while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

CMC is seeking an experienced Senior Transmission Project Manager to support one of the nation's leading electric utilities on a portfolio of high-voltage transmission capital projects throughout Arizona.

This role is ideal for a seasoned utility project manager with experience leading large transmission projects from engineering through construction, energization, and project closeout.

What You'll Do

• Lead the execution of complex transmission capital projects from initiation through closeout
