Job summary

McFarland Construction in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial design/build projects. You will manage full lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while leading both field and office teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial PM, 3+ years of leadership, strong design/build or general contracting background, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office. Travel within assigned projects is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience in lieu of degree)
  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or field operations
  • Strong design/build or general contracting experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
  • Procore experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel as required within assigned projects

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects in the Sperry/Tulsa market. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle management, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a leadership role ideal for a design/build PM who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning both field and office execution.

Key Responsibilities
