Humana Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from initiation through closure. The role is remote nationwide with a focus on keeping projects on time and within budget while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will design and implement project plans, monitor progress, and address issues to minimize delays. Strong communication, prioritization, and 3+ years of program leadership are required, with PMP/PMI-ACP preferred.

Communicates with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. Conducts meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project. Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
