Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Application Modernization Practice in New York. You will drive program execution, partner with sales and delivery teams, and oversee transformation programs from legacy systems to modern architectures leveraging GenAI accelerators. Office attendance is 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience with fixed price projects
• 7+ years in software development projects and management
• 5+ years in large scale Project/Program management
• Proven track record in complex projects with global teams
• People management for 20+ FTEs
• Good understanding of program financials and reporting
• Good understanding of project management areas: planning, backlog, SDLC, communication, motivation, team management, feedback
• Verbal and written business communication, presentations, negotiation
• Master's Degree in computer science or similar education

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving project execution and ensuring successful delivery of modernization initiatives. You will partner with sales, delivery teams, and clients to plan, coordinate, and oversee transformation programs—from legacy systems to modern architectures—leveraging GenAI accelerators and ensuring measurable business outcomes. Office attendance 3 days a week. Compensation 120000-150000 USD Gross per year.
