Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Shopify-powered web and e-commerce projects from kickoff through launch and ongoing growth in a dynamic digital agency environment.

You will own plans, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional communications, acting as the primary liaison between clients, developers, creatives, and strategists. Knowledge of headless Shopify and integrations is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably at a digital or creative agency.
• Hands-on experience managing Shopify projects (Shopify Plus is a big plus).
• Familiarity with e-commerce flows, UX best practices, and web development processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort working in various project management tools.
• Experience with headless Shopify or third-party Shopify integrations (nice to have).
• Familiarity with platforms like Figma, Klaviyo, Gsuite or Recharge (nice to have).
• Agency experience with multiple stakeholders or multi-brand portfolios (nice to have).
