We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to work directly with our CIO and IT leadership team, driving the enterprise initiatives shaping where our technology — and our business — is headed next.

This is a high-visibility, executive-facing role for someone who thrives on complexity: multiple stakeholders, multiple vendors, and priorities that shift as fast as the business does. You'll be the person who brings structure to ambiguity and turns strategic vision into delivered results.

What You'll Do

• Lead delivery of enterprise IT initiatives — technology implementations, transformation programs, and strategic efforts, including a growing portfolio of AI and automation projects
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Establish program governance, reporting, and execution discipline

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner directly with the CIO and IT leadership on top priorities
• Lead cross-functional engagement across IT and business teams
• Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations
• Translate technical complexity — including how AI initiatives work and where they create value — into clear business communication
• Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and AI/technology delivery partners
• Hold delivery accountable to program objectives, timelines, and quality standards
• Coordinate internal and external teams to keep execution on track

Execution & Delivery

• Drive structured delivery across initiatives: planning, requirements, working sessions, workshops, issue and risk management, and go-live/assessment activities
• Keep related initiatives, dependencies, and priorities aligned — especially as AI and traditional IT projects increasingly intersect

What You Bring

Required

• 10+ years leading IT projects/programs
• A track record delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives
• Comfort supporting and communicating with senior executives
• Excellent communication and executive presence

Preferred

• Background spanning technology delivery, IT operating model/process improvement, and data, analytics, or AI-related programs
• Familiarity managing AI projects specifically — these often carry unique challenges around change management, iterative/experimental delivery, data readiness, and setting realistic expectations with stakeholders unfamiliar with AI's capabilities and limits
