eNGINE is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery and operationalization of a highly secure Azure cloud environment for a government client. This role requires navigating strict compliance and control requirements, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and managing complex integrations across enterprise platforms. The PM will drive end-to-end execution — from planning through operational handoff — while coordinating across Technology, Security, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and Operations teams.

What You'll Do:

Own the full project plan, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and milestones for a secure, compliant Azure environment. You'll run program governance (status reporting, RAID logs, change control, steering forums) and keep eight active workstreams — cloud engineering, identity/access, data, networking, database, platform ops, and more — aligned and on schedule.

You'll work closely with Security and IAM teams to ensure proper identity management, privileged access controls, logging, auditing, and privacy considerations are met. You'll coordinate evidence collection and control attestations for readiness assessments, track control gaps, and manage remediation plans. Vendor and third-party deliverables fall under your oversight as well.

As the project moves toward launch, you'll drive operationalization readiness: runbooks, support models, SLAs/OLAs, monitoring and alerting, incident response procedures, and knowledge transfer to operations teams. Executive-ready communications and transparent, data-driven status reporting are expected throughout.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of project/program management in large-scale technology delivery
• 3+ years focused on cloud environments, preferably Azure
• Proven experience delivering in compliance-heavy, regulated environments
• Strong governance skills: RAID management, financial tracking, change control, vendor management
• Conceptual familiarity with Azure services — Entra ID, managed identities, Azure SQL/MI, RBAC, networking, and storage policies — from a PM perspective
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes

Nice to Have:

• Experience in financial services or government sectors (government experience especially valued)
• Exposure to privacy impact assessments and evidence-based control testing
• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2, Agile/SAFe, Azure Fundamentals or equivalent

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required
