About the role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project development, serve as the main contact for projects, and coordinate with various internal teams and external vendors. This remote role reports to an Associate Director of Project Management.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading projects independently, managing complex projects, and a larger portfolio.
• Managing project processes, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Creating project schedules, monitoring budgets, and managing resources and risks.
• Maintaining project documentation and leading meetings.
• Supporting process improvements and training junior staff.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of project management experience, specifically in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple vendors.
• Proficiency with MS Project or SmartSheets and financial project management platforms.
• Excellent Excel, communication, and process improvement skills.
