• Experience coordinating UAT and business validation.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong Business Analyst skills to lead complex technology and business initiatives from planning through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with hands‑on business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, documentation, and solution definition.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, vendors, and leadership to understand business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, manage project execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and dependencies and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure project governance, documentation, and delivery processes are followed.

Business Analysis

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Translate business requirements into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform gap analysis and evaluate potential solutions.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure business requirements are properly understood and translated into technical solutions.
• Review proposed solutions with stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals.
• Support UAT planning, test-case development, defect tracking, and business validation.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and project/technology teams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, project reviews, and executive presentations.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions effectively.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or competing priorities.
• Build strong relationships with business, technology, product, and vendor teams.

Delivery & Implementation

• Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, product, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure requirements, development, testing, deployment, and implementation activities remain aligned with project objectives.
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support release planning, implementation activities, and post-production stabilization.
• Conduct project retrospectives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end technology projects.
• Strong Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering and process analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, issue management, change management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable deliverables.
• Strong experience with UAT coordination and business validation.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, CBAP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, data, or cloud‑based solutions.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors and technology partners.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
• Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
