INSPYR Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives such as cloud migrations, network modernization, and data center operations.

You will drive end-to-end project execution, bridge engineering teams and executives, and ensure delivery on schedule and with quality. PMP is required, and US citizenship or GC is needed.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• US Citizenship or GC holder.
• Experience leading IT infrastructure projects (cloud migrations, network modernization, data center operations).

Responsabilités

• Lead IT infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and follow communication plans for each project.
• Coordinate with plant IT teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Manage risks, requirements, design, documentation, and production rollout.
• Host regular status meetings and maintain project documentation.

Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives—including cloud migrations, network modernizations, and data center operations. You will manage end-to-end project execution, drive a culture where dates matter, and act as the primary bridge between technical engineering teams, executive stakeholders, and external vendors.

• Sheppard projects, IT co-workers & clients through IT project life cycle
• Create and follow up on communication plans for each project
• Coordinate with the IT organization and with each impacted plant to identify, prioritize, and manage projects and technology tasks
• Develop, present, and lead project planning efforts including risks/issues, requirements definition, technical design, system documentation, user training, and production delivery while coordinating and communicating with business and technical resources
• Manage the implementation of system enhancements and new systems through the project life cycle ensuring appropriate documentation and processes to ensure compliance
• Host and facilitate regular meetings with business and technical resources for status updates, requirements definition, technical design, architectural reviews, demand management, and audit review
• Maintain appropriate status reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up with business partners and technical resources

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
