Join to apply for the Senior Project Manager role at Evans Equipment & Environmental

Evans Equipment & Environmental is a fast‑growing, nationally recognized manufacturer and contractor specializing in industrial wash‑water treatment systems, oil‑water separators, biosystems, and turnkey wash‑pad installations. The company blends engineering expertise, in‑house fabrication, and full‑service installation to support heavy‑equipment, rental, and industrial clients across the country. As demand continues to rise, the team is expanding and looking for leaders who bring initiative, professionalism, and a passion for operational excellence.

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager leads the strategic and operational execution of all company projects across manufacturing and equipment installation. This role oversees the Project Management Department, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with Evans Equipment & Environmental’s high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. While construction oversight primarily falls under the Construction Manager, the Senior Project Manager collaborates closely with that department to ensure project alignment and seamless handoffs between fabrication, installation, and construction activities. • Develop and implement scalable project management processes, documentation standards, and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, including recruitment and training.
  • Lead weekly PM and cross‑department meetings with Sales, Fabrication, Manufacturing, and Field Installation Services.
Project Oversight & Execution

Financial & Operational Management
  • Track project profitability and departmental performance against monthly revenue and margin goals.
  • Collaborate with accounting to manage invoicing schedules, deposits, and payment milestones.
  • Support forecasting, backlog analysis, and workload planning across PM staff.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Construction, Fabrication, and Manufacturing to ensure accurate job handoffs and alignment on design intent.
