Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in construction and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read drawings and estimate.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Prioritize and multitask across multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent.
• Candidates with 5+ years of hands-on experience in the mechanical construction field may substitute for a degree.
• Must live within driving distance of Walton Hills, OH.

Smith & Oby is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team in Walton Hills, Ohio. In this senior-level role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex construction and mechanical systems projects from pre-construction through final closeout. Drawing on extensive industry experience, the Senior Project Manager provides strategic oversight, mentors junior project staff, and serves as a key point of accountability for project delivery, client relationships, quality, safety, and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
