Novax Recruitment Ltd. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex structural steel projects from award to completion.

This on-site, in-office role requires strong leadership and a proven track record delivering large-scale fabrication and erection programs. You will manage budgets, schedules, and contract requirements while mentoring PMs and coordinating detailing, fabrication and erection teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction or engineering experience.
• Structural steel experience is essential.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and leading teams.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• Confidence reading drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software experience.
• Tekla and Bluebeam experience preferred.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER | STRUCTURAL STEEL

$135,000-$175,000 base Dependent on experience

Lead complex structural steel projects and help develop the team delivering them.

I'm recruiting for an established, AISC-certified structural steel fabricator working across hospitals, office buildings, schools, retail and industrial projects.

The Role

• Oversee multiple steel fabrication and erection projects from contract award through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, cost forecasts and contract requirements
• Coordinate detailing, fabrication and erection teams
• Review change orders, subcontractor agreements and progress billings
• Lead and mentor PMs, Assistant PMs and Project Coordinators
• Manage client relationships and resolve project issues

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of construction or engineering experience
• Structural steel experience is essential

The Package

• $135,000-$175,000 base salary
• Profit sharing of 10-15% of base, paid quarterly
