We're looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to be a cornerstone of our operations, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion. You will have full P&L accountability and the autonomy to lead your team, drive project strategy, and ensure we exceed our clients' expectations. What You'll Do

• Lead with Vision: Take full ownership of projects valued at $1M to $12M, ensuring they are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.
• Strategize & Execute: Develop comprehensive project plans, oversee all aspects of design and construction, and actively manage costs and risks. You'll be the ultimate decision-maker on project direction.
• Drive Profitability: Identify and implement innovative value engineering and procurement strategies to maximize project margins. Your expertise will directly impact the bottom line.
• Build Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, navigating complex relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. Your ability to deliver results will drive repeat business.
• Mentor a High-Performing Team: Guide and develop a dedicated team, including an Assistant Project Manager, Engineer, and Superintendent, helping them grow and achieve their full potential.
• Ensure Safety Excellence: Maintain our unwavering commitment to EHS standards, ensuring every project site is a safe environment.

What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Superintendent within a specialist building envelope subcontractor.
• A deep understanding of the construction industry, including safety regulations, contract law, and project financials.
• Expertise in project planning software (e.g., MS Project).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
