• Supports requirements development and design control activities, ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas and materials, documents decisions and actions, and follows up to ensure commitments are met.
• Collaborates with functional partners to support development, verification, validation, and readiness activities.

Role Overview

The Sr. Project Manager supports product development initiatives across the project lifecycle—from early concept and design through development, manufacturing readiness, and launch. Working under the direction of a Program Manager or Senior Program Manager, this role assists with planning, coordination, and execution of cross‑functional activities to ensure projects progress according to scope, schedule, budget, and design control requirements. Success is measured by reliable execution of assigned tasks, quality documentation, and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
