Job summary

Thomson Power systems, a Regal Rexnord company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple electrical power generation projects from initiation to close-out. You will work closely with operations and field service teams, reporting to the Manager, Project Management.

The role requires strong governance of scope, schedule, budget, and vendors, with collaboration across sales, engineering, production, supply chain and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Project Management for electrical power generation, manufacturing, contracting and distribution (North America preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; PMP designation is an asset.
• Knowledge of low and medium voltage switchgear, switchboards, PDUs and ATSs.
• Experience with Modular ePOD products is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
• Familiarity with ERP systems including SAP and MS Project; proficient in MS Office.

• Sound knowledge of both low and medium voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, PDUs and ATSs.
• Knowledge and experience with Modular ePOD products a must
• Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
• Knowledge and experience with ERP systems including SAP, MS Project, and other MS Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strong influencing, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
