Job summary

Bluprintx, a global AI-powered consultancy, seeks a Senior Project Manager for NAM & EMEA to lead a portfolio of enterprise client projects across Adobe and Salesforce from pitch to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and own budgets to keep projects on plan and margin.

You will manage multiple client engagements across regions, choose delivery methods (waterfall or agile), and communicate status with executives. Remote in the US with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience.
• Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce project delivery expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects.
• Budget and margin ownership; manage change requests.
• Executive presence for risk discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in Waterfall and Agile; PMP/PRINCE2 or Scrum is a plus.
• Experience with Kantata and Jira for delivery tracking.

• You’ll work with clients and colleagues across multiple regions, so some flexibility with your working hours to accommodate different time zones will be needed from time to time.

The Role

You’ll run a portfolio of enterprise client projects across the Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems, taking each one from pitch to plan to delivery. On any given week you’ll have several projects live at once, from platform upgrades to full implementations, each with its own technical team and its own client executives. You sit at the center of it: the person our consultants, partner vendors and client leadership all look to for a straight answer on status, risk and what happens next. You also own the numbers, keeping every project on budget and on margin. Clients judge BPX on whether projects land on time and on budget, which makes this role central to how they see us. Internally, this position maps to our Project Manager role within our global structure.

What you'll do

What you'll bring

• Enterprise delivery experience: 8+ years managing technology implementations for enterprise clients, ideally in a consultancy.
• Adobe or Salesforce depth, having delivered Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce projects and understood the technical detail.
• Multi-project control, with a track record of running several client projects at once without losing the thread.
• Commercial ownership of project budgets, margin, change requests and statements of work.
• Executive presence to lead status meetings and hard conversations about risk with senior client stakeholders.
• Waterfall and agile fluency; PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification is a plus.
• Delivery tooling know-how in PSA and work-tracking platforms such as Kantata and Jira.

Additional information

Anticipated base salary range: $85,000-$115,000 USD. This role does not carry commission or OTE.
