Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager for a full-time, hybrid role in the United States. The position requires leading multiple projects through launch and lifecycle, acting as a liaison with customers, and coordinating internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or PMP credentials with at least four years in telecom project management, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with PM credentials desirable or equivalent PM experience; 4 years of experience preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in telecom preferred.
• Strong MS Office knowledge and ability to navigate internal systems/tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Segra and customers through all project phases.
• Ensure timely execution of implementation activities and clear internal communication.

Job description

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Senior Project Manager to join us in a full-time capacity.

Location Requirement:

We are hiring only in one of the following Segra office locations: Kansas City, MO; Charlotte, NC; or Columbia, SC. The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the launch and life cycle management of multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction objectives. This position requires a combination of technical and business skills. The Senior Project Manager will have project management job experience, as well as an understanding of the End-to-End business process and internal systems/tools. They will act as the liaison between Segra and customers during all phases of project implementation. They will also ensure the timely management of all implementation activities and proactively communicate internally across all associated organizations. The Senior Project Manager will also act as a mentor and assist in training Junior Project Managers.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree with Project Management/PMP credentials desired and/or equivalent PM experience, 4 years of experience desired.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired.
• Project management experience required.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Salary Range:

$86,205 - $105,000
