Qualifications

• 15+ years of transportation engineering and project management experience
• New York PE license is required

• Strong business development background and existing industry relationships

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation and highway engineering projects from pursuit through delivery
• Serve as the primary client contact, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and technical execution
• Lead and contribute to business development efforts, including client meetings, proposals, and presentations
• Provide technical leadership on roadway and transportation design projects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior/mid-level staff
• Develop and strengthen relationships with public-sector transportation clients and stakeholders
• Help expand the firm’s presence across New York transportation markets
