Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in heavy civil construction to join our Western Chicago team. You will oversee complex projects from bid through delivery, coordinating with GC teams, engineers, and subcontractors to hit milestones and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of GC/heavy civil experience, a B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, FTP sites, Adobe, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with a general contractor and heavy civil construction.
• B.S in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple bids & deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
